Specifies an ebulliometric method for the determination of the content of non-volatile matter in soft soldering fluxes. Applicable to liquid fluxes of classes 1.1.1, 1.1.2 and 1.1.3, as defined in SANS 9454-1, and only those fluxes containing solvents of relatively high volatility, such as propan-2-ol. Applicable only to fluxes with a non-volatile content of 10 % or more.
