Introduces corrections in subclauses 3.2.23, 4, 6.3.3.4, 6.4, 6.5.1, 7.1, 7.1.1, 7.1.3, 8.1.3, 8.5, 8.7.1, 9.5, 9.7, 11.2.2, 11.2.11, 11.2.21, 11.2.34, 12, 12.1, 14.2.3 and Tables 1 and 2, replaces the first paragraph of bullet (5) in 7.1.1, bullets 2, 3 and 5 in 7.1.2, and the second paragraph in bullet 2) of 12.1, adds a new paragraph to 6.4 and a new subclause 14.1.4, and deletes subclauses 14.1.1.1 and 14.1.2.1.
