Specifies methods for the management of keying material used for the encipherment, decipherment and authentication of messages exchanged in the course of wholesale financial transactions only. Defines two alternative methods for two communicating parties to obtain identical symmetric keying material which they can then use to protect communications. Includes key transport but does not preclude key exchange.
